It seems we are at an intersection these days. Sometimes we may feel we are unsure of even a direction to take as news of the pandemic, tropical storms, wildfires, and less access to those organizations we depend on continues to assail us. As a clinician, I hear daily from individuals who have tremendous faith that God or their Higher Power will carry us through these difficult times and we will arrive at the conclusion that all is well.

A couple of months ago, I received an online resource that I have been sharing (old school through the mail) with individuals I felt might benefit from exploring worries, anxiety, fear, and general concerns that seem to shadow us right now. By following this link, access information that can help decipher the difference between worry and excessive worry. An activity menu will help you stay busy — though you may have to remember to mask up and physically distance.

Click this link to get the Guide to Living with Worry and Anxiety Amidst Global Uncertainty. Clicking the link will open a PDF document which you can read on your screen or print out.

Remember, too, we continue to see new and established clients via video through a couple of secure platforms. Should you wish to meet with me or another therapist, please call 1-888-293-7585. You may leave a confidential voice message if no one is available to speak with you.

May you find additional reassurance that all is well and expand or develop your faith.

Safe Journey,
