As required by our Church By-laws and Personnel Policy, it is time for the annual evaluation of our church staff. The Personnel Committee asks for your help in providing feedback that will assist our staff’s development by encouraging them to continue the great work that they are doing, suggesting areas where improvement is needed, and helping to identify ways that we as a church can help to strengthen their performance. Completed evaluation forms will be accepted September 1 through September 15. Feedback received will help the Personnel Committee and the Deacons to do a more thorough job of advising staff members, while encouraging and assisting in their development. It will also help them to determine appropriate recommendations for raises.
