Church Staff EVERY MEMBER A MINISTER
In June of 2008 our church began the process of creating a whole new (for us) ministerial staff structure. We went from three full-time ministers to two full-time pastors and five part-time "specialist" ministers. By August of 2009, our new staff was in place. We are thrilled with the results as we now have a wider variety of ministries led by a ministerial staff passionate about what they do.
